Information

• Any excess payment/refund will be transferred no later than 14 working days after the recipient’s bank account information is provided.

• Refunds due to failed reservations will be processed no later than 3 working days after the recipient’s bank account information is provided.

• In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., government restrictions/lockdowns forcing us to close), a 50% deduction will be applied to the refund.

In all other cases, the terms and conditions apply as stated.

Parking fees are managed by a separate parking operator, not by Pineus Tilu. Payments must be made directly on-site to the parking management.

STATEMENT OF AGREEMENT

Starting from January 2022, every visitor who camps at Pineus Tilu Camping Ground is required to submit the following statement. As the person in charge of myself and my group, I declare that in the event of an accident/disaster or calamity that occurs while we are camping in the Pineus Tilu Camping Ground area, we will not hold the management responsible, except if we are entitled to receive insurance coverage provided in cooperation with Perhutani in accordance with the detailed insurance liability as follows:

Visitors receive accident insurance coverage from ASURANSI SYARIAH AMANAH GITHA Master Policy No. 809000050100188 for accidents experienced from the moment of entering the entrance gate until leaving the premises. The Insurance Coverage is as follows:

a. Death due to accident (within 24 hours) IDR 15,000,000
b. Death at the tourist site not caused by accident IDR 3,000,000
c. Permanent disability (percentage according to policy terms IDR 20,000,000
d. Medical treatment expenses due to accident (maximum) IDR 3,000,000
