NOTES: Availability may change quickly. For example, tents may be available in the afternoon but could be fully booked by evening or the next day, as reservations open daily. Always refresh the calendar or close & reopen the link to see the latest updates.

We received an email regarding a refundable balance. May we keep it for now, or is it required to be refunded immediately? We might have additional orders later?

For the excess payment, it can be deposited first in case you’d like to use it for any additional orders on site. Otherwise, you may also request a refund.

Is it possible to play in the river?

Yes, you can. Direct access to the river is available only at the public area of Pineus Tilu II.

Best view?

Each deck and plot has its own uniqueness. The admin can only assist by providing the documentation.

Can we camp as a couple?

We’re sorry, but unmarried couples are not allowed to stay together if it is only the two of you.

Which ones are located by the river?

All decks are located by the riverside. However, Decks 1, 2, 8, and 9 at Pineus Tilu I, as well as the Cabin Deck at Pineus Tilu III VIP, are situated at a higher elevation compared to the other decks.

What is the difference between a plot and a deck?

A “deck” refers to the areas in Pineus Tilu I, II, and III VIP, while a “plot” refers to Pineus Tilu IV. It is simply a difference in naming.

How much is the down payment (DP) for booking?

For reservations, the payment system requires a full 100% payment.
However, if you book a minimum of 9 tents, a down payment (DP) system is available. The initial payment in this case is 25%.

Can we make a reservation directly on site?

Yes, you can book a tent directly at the reception. However, the tent options will depend on the availability shown in the schedule at the following link:

Is there an agent price per tent?

For camp reservations of 9 tents or more, you are eligible to claim a 5% cashback from the total deck/tent rental cost.

Guest Loyalty Program is a special promotion that can be claimed if you have camped with us before. Simply present your previous camping receipt to enjoy the special promo price, available on weekdays only

Is it possible for large buses to enter?

Yes, small, medium, and large buses can enter. However, after passing through the city area (Pangalengan intersection) on the way to Pineus Tilu, there is usually local escort assistance (both for arrival and return) to avoid traffic when buses meet from opposite directions.
The fee is approximately IDR 200,000 per group.

Is it far from the parking area to the tent?

The distance from the parking area to the camping site is approximately 300 meters.
